Gram Staining Procedure_Microbiological Technique_A Complete Technique (BAM: R32)
The Gram Staining is one of the most crucial staining techniques in microbiology. It gets its name from the Danish bacteriologist Hans Christian Gram. Gram stain is a method of staining used to classify bacterial species into two large groups: gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria.

    If you take boric acid with measuring cylinder.. Beleive me you will always get different results in each experiment.. take class a or class b burette for taking boric acid. So many things worng in this experiment

    There's a mistake in your analysis the equivalent weight of sodium thiosulfate is 248.16g so if we want to make 0.1 N Sodium thiosulfate we need 24.6g not 2.48 g
